Made-to-Order Products

All items sold in our store are made to order. This means each product is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color or style preference
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering mistakes made by the customer

We strongly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement item, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, production may already be in progress and we may no longer be able to make changes.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages delayed due to shipping carriers or customs
  • Normal variations in color, placement, or size within industry standards
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
